there's some really frustrating changes happening at work
with the usual minimal communication and freaking out.

it's all crap that seems really petty to the nurses, but makes a huge difference to us aids, and the patients.

I'm sure the boss felt like a star when she came up with this plan-- but it's one of those theory things that's horrible in reality

yesterday sucked.

I got screwed out of eating dinner, no one wants to do their job and I got peed on for the first time in 3 years of being an aide.
