My sister calls me and says that there is a package for me at her house from London. "But I don't know anyone from London!" We were both very confused and excited when she brought it to work for me yesterday. I unwrapped it, and found a notebook. Then I remembered.
Last spring I signed up for a mail art project called Sight Unseen Journals, in which ppl mail around a shared journal. You write a few pages, then send it on to the next person on the list, kind of like an art chain letter. I had signed up so long ago I had forgotten about it!
So I will be writing and collaging in it and sending it on its way.
