The house is going to happen. I signed the first set of papers today. As I type my loan is being processed. I'll have the house by September 10th, or possibly sooner. I am so glad that in that time period I'll have one, maybe two checks.
My mom is giving me an entertainment center, a 25 inch TV, and a coffee table. My dad is giving me a kitchen table, and has promised to help w/ any improvements. And there is a score of those.
I need to pull up the carpet in every single room of the house, save for the bathroom and kitchen. Underneath is a hardwood floor in decent condition. I *must* paint the bathroom and library, b/c the bath is dark dark wood panels. it's hideous, and in the library the walls are bright blue. This shade
of blue. I want to paint the other rooms as well, but it's not an immediate project.
