I'm buying a house. My mom's best friend is selling hers for 35,000. It will be very comforting to live in a house I used to go to slumber parties at.
It's tiny, w/ one bathroom and no dining room, but has 3 bedrooms. THat means both a library and an office (dad is grateful, b/c he's worried that all of the books I have in his attic are going to fall though the ceiling). There's a decent sized deck, and the back yard is huge, w/ two good trees and a fire pit. THere's no garage, but I do have one of those little sheds. I'm going to build a cat run so my babies can go outside without getting hit by a car or pregnant.
I'm working with the bank for a mortgage right now, and hope to see the place (havent been there in 4 or so years) soon.
