well, tonight is theee night (my first night of work, that is) and everyone i know is going to be .there . so that takes a little bit of the edge off.
my roomie brought home some germans last night (she can always find the euros) so we just chilled and told them about all of the cool stuff that they have to do here during their year-long stay @ Illinois. actually, it is funny, because her current boyfriend, who is german, was in the same program with another german studying here. so, they are our replacement germans! since her current bf has to go back to duetschland at the end of the week, for good...;( needless to say they are really outgoing, fun and love to party....i'll try to get some pics together of hans & frans (their real names are ferdie and erwan) asap so you can all revel in the euro hotness.
