i got the job! yay!
it was a really short interview, which was a good sign. i'll be working at my favorite bar in downtown champaign. they play great music, the crowd is chill, and the ambiance is sweet. i guess that i will be bartending at first (which scares me, cause i can be kind of a space-case sometimes...oh well) but i would rather just serve. we'll see how it goes, i start next week!
what a great start to the year. off to my first class, where i get to catch up with all my peeps and check out this new prof.
i got to check up with this one and checked out his new pad. looking forward to mad parties this year!!!
i'm still trying to decorate and make my new place feel like home. i still have a laundry list of things to get...it's coming along.
ok, off to class for me!
