Im back from california!! Although im still quite busy biggrin i had a great christmas with my two families. Did you all have a happy holiday? What is everyone doing for new years? I'm still figuring out my plans, but i might head to the strip and party there.

on my last blog i mentioned i was making cake balls...soooo here they are!

SPOILERS! (Click to view)

step one: bake a cake, and put it into a bowl

step two: smoosh the cake until it is grainy and add half a container of icing to it



step three: mix until blended

step four: roll into balls and put into the freezer for ten minutes


step five: while balls are in freezer melt chocolate


step six: once chocolate is melted take the cake balls out and dip a stick into the chocolate and push into center of the cake ball (put back into freezer for another ten minutes)

step seven: take balls out of the freezer and dip completely into chocolate and decorate with sprinkles before it hardens

my favorite present i got for christmas was from my best friend. she made a picture of our road trip last may.

I didn't have a happy holiday, but it's over now. I have no plans for New Year and I'll probably not be doing much.
