Hey everybody! I wanted to take a few minutes to let everyone know how much I appreciate the warm welcome that my first set has been given. It's so difficult waiting for so long in the queue-I didn't spend nearly as much time on this site as I would have liked because every time I logged on I was so impatient for it to go up.
I've wanted to shoot for SG for years, but somehow it kept getting put off. When I had the opportunity to shoot with @brooklyn I knew that I had to take it, and I'm so glad that I did. Driving from Delaware into NYC was exhausting, and when I witnessed a car fire on the NJ Turnpike I was so scared that I wouldn't make it in time.
I drove up with my makeup done and my hair pinned up... and when I got into Brooklyn I had to try to hunt down coffee looking like a sitcom character. The shoot itself was incredible and fun and went SO smoothly. It resulted in some of the favorite pictures of me that I've ever had.
It's really, really strange to see photos of me minus more recent tattoo work. It feels like it must have been much longer ago than it really was. The shoot itself was amazing though. Brooklyn is so talented, and the time went by so fast. If anyone is on the fence, get in front of her camera! Just do it!
I'm so grateful for all of the love that you've all shown for this set, and I hope to be able to spend a lot more time with you all here on the site and in this blog. Maybe I'll get some photos up from my trip to New Orleans in August!
