happy st. patricks day, bitches! green or no green, everyone's getting pinched.

the rain was kind of nice on saturday. rain means i don't have to go to work. that was the first saturday i've had off in 3 and a half months, and the first time i've slept in till 2pm in a long time. if only it could have rained on sunday, too.

i'm making a quick trip home on thursday for my best friend's birthday. i think the gas prices along the 5 will give me a heart attack. but unlike me, she has a bath tub, which i will soak in for at least an hour while i am up there.

oh, and happy 4 weeks of not eating animals to me.
