does anyone know of really cheap (and i do mean cheap) places in los angeles that neuter kitty cats? i've been rather poor, so i haven't been able to do it just yet, and a lot of the things i've seen are just $20 vouchers off of like $150 per cat. and don't tell me to do it at home with a pair of pliars....
