ha! you suck at that. click on the picture in your my pictures folder or whatever so that you can scroll down to the properties, copy the url address, then when you go back to update hit image in the insert option and paste the url address. bam photo.

hope everyone is well. nothing too exciting here. i'm getting my one and only wisdom tooth out on monday. it's been a crazy fast few days, medically. new meds and getting a tooth ripped out of my mouth... interesting.
