Ok so remember the plan?

so the plan is:

[strike]1. apply to algonquin tv broadcasting[/strike]
2. if i don't get in work for a year and take the programs that SAW and IFCO offer.
3. if i do get in take the 2 year program.
4. after the 2 year program go to Halifax and take this NSCAD course.


I called up Algonquin today and ended up having a nice chat with a Mr. Barrette who is the TV Broadcasting co-ordinator. The program is full but we talked about alternatives for the year and he suggested that I volunteer at Rogers, get a SAW or IFCO membership and take the courses there. Also he told me to apply in the first week of January and to call him up again and he might have me sit in on a class. He said that it sounded like I was truly enthusiastic about the whole thing and looked forward to speakin to me again.

I'm sort of scared and excited at the same time. Working for a year will mean I can recoupe my funds (hello RRSP thanks to the advice of Brian) and hello XL-1 and G5! i can't wait to get my SAW and IFCO memberships. This is a very exciting time for me.
