3 hours of sleep yesterday and 3 hours of sleep today, an all day bodyworking kinesiology workshop, and then straight to band practice all night long. Im tired.
It has been an honour training under Dave Phish, and a great experience, there is so much to integrate, practice and learn after just one day. And many more to come. Im sure the rest of the people at the workshop felt that way too.
An old band member is joining us for the gig on Valentine's day, which is great, though I really am not sure if I want to do it or not. 2 hour drive and almost no practices before hand. I dont know why they insist on clusterfucking themselves into these ridiculous schedules instead of just taking the time to do things right. In the end, I know well make a good experience of it all.
Well, Ill get my head out of my ass now and say.... Hi everybody. How are you all doing? You learning anything interesting lately? Any amazing experiences? Meet anybody cool? Well, best wishes.

We pronounce it Sphirot in Hebrew, not Sephiroth. Sephiroth is a very very evil video game character.
