In my backyard there lies a bridge over a creak which seperates my backyard from a winding street. Someone hit a large deer and injurued it, it couldnt walk but was attempting to. A bunch of men managed to grab it and throw it over my bridge, where it laid in the creak to die. I found it the next morning. A few days later (a few minutes ago) I was in my backyard, staring at the sky and thinking, when several kids walked along the street and with a video camera hand, taped them throwing huge bricks and rocks at the deer. Laughing, video taping, and throwing more. I walked up to my bridge where they went quiet. I told them to hand me the camera so that I could assist in video taping this moment. I turned to them with the video camera and began asking them questions about why the felt so disconnected from nature and other living things, that disrespecting the dead body of a deer somehow becomes entertainment. I analyzed and asked more questions, and they said they were sorry, which is a nother way of saying "We will talk shit on you as soon as you are out of hearing distance." I gave them back the camera and told them to leave. Now, I need to go back outside, the sun is setting.
