Pics from the West Coast Geeks versus Nerds show I went to earlier this month are online now.
Saw the "Carrie" remake over the weekend. I liked it a lot. A lot of the reviews I've read for it seem to spend a lot of time comparing it to the original, which I think is kind of unfair. If you're going to compare a remake or a new version of something to the original, it's going to come off as not very good, especially when the original is as iconic as it is. Divorcing from the fact that it's already been done, the remake is pretty damn good. Chloe Grace Mortez and Julianne Moore definitely make it a movie you should see.
First week of work went off without a hitch. Hopefully things can improve there.
