OK, so I have been tagged, Thanks Logan. I know you are probably getting quite tired of reading these but I feel like if I don't play along I'll be a spoil sport. Plus, I'm sure that soon everyone will have gotten tagged and it will all be over. So here goes...

1. I am often asked if I am from Pakistan, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, India, Columbia, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Mexico, or if I am Native American. Rarely do people get it right. I am actually half Venezuelan. My mother is from Venezuela and most of my family still lives there.
2. I was born a coke baby in South Miami hospital, which is why I never touch the stuff. Now worries, both my parents have been clean for nearly 18 years now.
3. When I was 18 I was kicked out of my house and lived in my car for a few months, then when my car died I lived on the road, hitch hiking from place to place. My friends from the road are like family to me now.
4. I have stayed at an African wildlife conservation center in Yulee, Florida. This is not a place that is generally open to the public. I am friends with the man who runs it's son and they live on site. I stayed with him one night and pet giraffes and cheetahs. No really, I swear, I have heard a cheetah purr.
5. I make most of my own jewelry.
6. Although I don't drink often, I seem to be a natural. I can hold my liqueur really well. I once played a drinking game in which I had 9 shots of whiskey, 2 shots of vodka, and 1 shot of goldshloger, and I was still standing and dancing and pretty coherent. I've never pushed it beyond that.
7. I always carry a backpack with me. It's like a security blanket really. It has lots of pins.
8. When I get angry you can tell I'm Latin.
9. I compulsively bite my tongue when I am nervous. I have been doing it since I can remember.
10. I never paint my fingers or toes. I've always thought it was a very strange thing to do and I think it looks out of place.
11. I have dumpster dived for food on more than one occasion. I have also sang on the side walk for money in Key West as well as sold my jewelry.
12. I traveled around a bit with a man named Kenney the Clown in a big blue school bus.
13. I have a nasty scar on my knee from a motorcycle accident when I was 9 in Turks and Cacaos island. I never went to the hospital and my mom scrubbed it herself, which would explain the scar.
14. I survived Hurricane Andrew by hiding behind a mattress in fear for my life. Andrew was America's worst natural disaster until Katrina.
15. Until I moved to Boston, I never wore anything but sandals. Shoes are hard to get used to.
16. My first time seeing snow was only two years ago. And I still get all giddy and act like a child when it snows.
17. I often hold my baldder until I have to pee so bad it hurts. I don't know why I do this, but always have. When I was little it would get me into a lot of trouble.
