i'd be jealous of everyone on my friend's list for their amazingly beautiful summery posts... but really, i've been doing some pretty gorgeous things myself lately.
+
hiking arabia mountain in the sticky summer air, finding the lake hidden in the woods, rushing to put the top back on the amigo in the pouring down rain, driving with the windows down and my bare feet hanging out.
staining the ten foot tall bed frame that karl's father & grandfather built for us. it's going to be our tree house inside this high ceilinged apartment. sleeping area six feet off the ground, my "office" underneath it, hidden behind curtains. just wait till you see it.
homemade gaucamole, homemade chili. the entire first season of stargate sg-1.
riding bikes down peachtree, saturday at midnight, right through all the club traffic. not dying.
drinking coffee harvested by nuns in venezuela, made in my italian espresso maker.
cutting karl's old t-shirts into tank tops.
the tan line left by my watch.
+
i eagerly await the beach, the art museum in my hometown, visiting st. augustine and actually getting to reaquaint myself with the streets and shops, my next tattoo (oh when?), setting up bookcases and sorting through my books, my appointments for a manicure, facial, and massage.
oh, and i think llona came into arden's wednesday while i was working, but i was too chicken to say anything. haha.

AFAIK it's 21+ but post a note and let them know if you wanna meet up later because there's probably gonna be migration to someplace else during the evening.
("Them" because I won't be able to make it. Maybe I'll see you out next time. )

EDIT: PS: Next time, say hi! She'd love to meet you; she's supa-sweet. I don't know anyone who's a bad word to say about her.

About the bike - just let me know if the girl doesn't claim it. I'd be more than happy to come pick it up!
