I think there is a lot of romanticism missing in most people's lives. Indeed, most people don't embrace the traditional romantic paradigm. Hell, the last time I even tried to give a girl flowers she just said "What is the point of this? It is stupid and serves no purpose." Half the time I would do any romantic shit for a girl she would call it cheesy, and I understand that a lot of the stuff is pure cheese, but at least its fun.

Cooking is a skill that is often under looked, but should be highly valued. Working in restaurants over the years have taught me this.

Either way, I wish you luck in your love and cooking life, and I hope that your solution may connect the two.
