Thanks for the good words. I know it is cliche but you will get better and stronger after a relationship. I had travel hundreds of miles away and allow myself to be the person I was before the relationship again to get better. I do love my life, and it was a struggle to get here but it was worth it. strange I was recently in VA for a funeral of a young murder victim we where doing a story on. if I had known someone was feeling shitty I could have stopped by with some vegan noodle soup (it's homemade and delicious).

As far as MTB the concert rocked and I am just getting into OMNI but so for so awesome. Into the Mirror is growing on me and My Time is too good to miss. my faves of MTB is Knights, The Pig War, and Parachute Sunrise.

Here's to knowing you will feel better just hope you appreciate it more after being down.
