I'm feelin better now..
I made french fries today from scratch and burned them..
I'm on this healthy eating program tryin to get a sexxy body.
no sugar
no sodium
no processed foods
no dairy
no oil
no butter or margarine
no added fat
100 oz of water per day
and when I say no I mean no.. and it's like.. hard as shit to find food without sodium already in it, for example.
since i'm an uber picky eater my diet consists of baked potatose (or home made fries) .. all without butter.. and tuna fish.. and maybe sometimes i'm lucky and I eat a salmon filet or chicken breast. no red meat. oh, and raw carrots
I tried eating oatmeal. I'm almost still suffering the after effects of that one.
Anyway, cheerio =)
