It's Canadian thanksgiving today. I am thankful for so much. I have had a difficult year that has lead me to so much beauty and growth. The past tought me so many valuble lessons and I can now look forward, not backwards. When you start to accept yourself for who you really are, your life changes dramatically. I respect myself and others for who they are. I know my values and I know my worth. I take excellent care of my body and mind. I do not have any drama surrounding me or negative people. Over the last few months i shed my skin. I encourage you all to really be honest with yourselves if you want to live a prosperous life.
We have the power to heal ourselves. Only we can make the choices to better our lives.
