my grandmother had a stroke and i had to go back to indiana this weekend...


being back there gives me a very uneasy feeling. walking into my father's house is like walking into a time capsule. i havent lived there and everything is EXACTLY as i had left it. he hasnt touched my rooms, even my bathroom supplies are still in there... its actually just heartbreaking seeing that, because i know we had such a bad relationship and we basically havent talked since i moved out, but seeing that he just hasnt moved on makes me realize how hard me leaving him must have been on him. now he lives all by himself, with just his dog. it upsets me thinking hes lonely.
