blah. i've had a really hard week. i'm lonely. not just the romantic kind of lonely (that's mostly constant, but more like a dull ache, something that's there but after a while you only notice it sometimes). i'm lonely for someone to listen to me, really listen, and not have anything to say back. just to sit and listen to me talk. how come i do that for other people and they wont do that for me?

the only thing i have to say which is totally not any help of any kind is that i absolutely love that picture.
does it help the situation when a stranger offers his ears when friends refuse to do so?
