We experienced Shabu shabu craziness last night! We faked our way through our first shabu shabu dinner with no burns or mis-haps. Its definately weird to go to a restaurant where you cook your own food, but it turned out to be quite tasty. Its sort of like Japanese fondue, but with boiling broth instead of oil and/or cheese. heh.

My shoot went really well. Annabelle is super sweet and easy-going, so I felt totally comfortable the whole time. I found something to wear and it worked out well. Annabelle is going to send me a disc with my pics on it later this week. I'll bring a copy of the photos I'm going to send to Missy when I come to SF.

Today has been full of meat and sunshine. We went to the Cherry Blossom Festival and snagged some tasty bbq spare ribs with kim chee (god i love that shit!). The actual event was pretty lame. There were lots of random booths but nothing interesting, either flea market type trinkets or info booths about donating blood, chiropractic services, and even a california highway patrol booth....
