We did the baseball thing today. My parents were in town and my dad thought it would be fun to spend the day at a game. Unfortunately the Giants sucked and ruined a game that they could have won. Things really got exciting in the third inning with a grand slam by Alou, but quickly went to the shitter when the Nationals made 7 runs in the next inning. We managed to entertain ourselves with garlic fries, hot dogs and beer and trying to avoid getting creamed by foul balls. My dad snuck in a bottle of australian wine and a flask of rum for rum and cokes. Its not wonder i'm a lush, its in my blood.
After the game we went to a nice restaurant in the area and gorged ourselves on more food and wine. Now i'm so full it hurts.
My saturday nights certainly are lame when i have work sunday mornings.

sucks that the Giants lost...i'm not a big baseball fan (or sports fan for that matter), but i know how it feels when your team loses.
anyways, i hope you and the 'rents have a nice mother's day.
