The boyfriend and I went to an electronic show at the Rickshaw Stop last night. The third performer was Magda, whos name I recognized but I didn't know who they really were. It turns out that she was, well, a female! I shouldn't be so shocked by this fact, but it seems so rare to find female producers/dj in the electronic scene. I was very happy to see her up there

I was determined to bbq tonight but now its raining. Being the stubborn bitch that I am I'm trying to start the bbq anyways. Our deck has a bit of a covering over it and i'm using that as protection from the water. Its only sort of working (fingers crossed!!)

The bbq was a success but I was pretty soaked by the end of it all. It was damn delicious though
