Santa Cruz was a blast, what a surprise. We were able to meet up with lots of old friends and drank our way through the town (just like to good old days). We might be heading down there again before the end of the month.

Valentine's day came and went in the usual fashion. I'm not one to really celebrate hallmark holidays, like this one day when we all just supposed to love and then return to our normal lives the next day. WTF? But we did have a nice dinner at home (linguine with shrimp and basil) followed by strawberrys, whipped cream and chocolate for dessert. OH, i guess i did get a valentine's day gift afterall. Matt bought me some awesome Kichen Orange pants for xmas which came 2 weeks late due to ordering too close to the 25th. They were the tiniest bit too small and he sent them back for the next size. A month later they finally arrive, and on valentine's day to boot I don't know why this company takes so damn long to ship things out. They are just in canada, which isn't far at all. But the pants are fucking awesome and the fit great so i can't complain about the wait.

Theivery Corporation is playing this saturday. I can't wait!
