So, I'm trying to pry myself away from meat. So far, I've been meatless for two days and it's not near as bad as I thought. But.....when you married the biggest red meat consumer under the sun...yeeeeeeeah. Interesting, to say the least.
Tonight I made japanese style fried rice with tofu and it's pretty good! It was my first time ever playing with tofu...and the whole time I kept singing that song from the cartoon Doug...yeah, you know which one I'm talking about...

Good luck on being a vegetarian, the first week or two is easy, then it gets pretty hard for a while, but if you truly want to do it then Im sure you can.
