Well yesterday I decided to walk and take a look to one of the new headquarters of social housing. This one is quite a big one wit more 3500 apartments. They have also built parks and there is even a sort of river with wood bridges and places to ride bicicles and other staff for small kids like quite a big pirate ship.
Theese houses, including a parking place have a cost of 120.000 euros for 70 m. I think they are quite cheap becosue in the price are included the green areas and roads and services.
The think is that people is moving there during this periods. The artificial river is full of plastics and paper. Most of houses are already decorated with paintings (not even artistic), most of the balconies are full of plastic pepsi chairs and asorted umbrellas, buckets , tend and all kind of garbage
I now that thoose are their houses but they have other proper spaces to dry clothes and thei have 12m per person of closed, individual storage room.
