as for your journal entry, i wholly agree. having promised myself to stay here and study and learn and write and blah-blah-blah, i'm skint and shan't be going anywhere for another year or so... so i satisfy my freedom itch with slightly more local fixes... but it's just not the same.

the wind in your hair, and the smell of somewhere else: nothing quite like it... it makes you remember who you are; and that you're separate from the bullshit...
