I came down from the meditation weeks on the mountain tops....... :-(

It's been the most amazing, relaxing couple of weeks ever. My mom took amazing care of me, feeding me books, rounds of shopping and delicious dinners.
I basically feel like i am re-born: every morning it's so easy to get up, get to work... not missing people AT ALL...

I am not quite ready yet to go back to normal, but I had to, so here I am in the deserted Milano, looking out of the window, the sky is grey and the clouds just tell me summer is over. I am not really looking forward to new adventures, I wish I could just keep some of this peace with me troughout the upcoming year.

Cut off dead branches, simplify.
Talking less and thinking more.
Take care of myself.
Make a plan instead of living for what's going to happen tomorrow or next week.
Stability.
