Folk Fest was pretty cool. I think I liked last year's better. Could be that I was cruising it with a hot chick in tow, but less thrilled me. There was one artist that I looked forward to seeing who wasn't there.
One guy, Gus Fink, had some pretty neat shit. Its not up on the site I linked to, tho'. He takes antique sepia-toned portraits and disfigures the faces, making them look monstrous. I just didn't want to spend $150 yesterday; I've got lots of expenses fixin' to hit me.
A couple of other artists whose work I like are Matt Sesow and Michael Banks. They weren't there, but several galleries attending had their work on display.
When I got home, I spent 3 minutes putting a new flapper in my crapper.
Then I napped on the couch. Met up with a mob of the SGATLiens and did some bowling last night. Today, I did mostly nuttin.
