I went to the Progressive Insurance Service Center today to get my remaining personal belongings out of my car.
My stereo head unit was gone!
It's an aftermarket one. I brought the stock one so I could take my good one home. It was stolen apparently. :shrug: Nice. So I have to dig up the receipt for it, so that I'll be reimbursed for that, too.
Honestly, that's not such a bad thing. First, the stereo wouldn't do anything except sit in my garage, until I get another car. Second, for the amount I paid then, I can probably get something a bit nicer.
Really, it's the principle of the thing, that some bitch broke into my car and stole my motherfuckin' stereo. That's all that pisses me off about it.
Also today, I hired an attorney. and I called the sheriff and told them to send me my cash. Got to work around noon.
Man, I have a therapist appointment Wednesday. I'm gonna have to tell her all this shit. I have trepidation.
