My sister is doing much better. She's awake and drinking water. She isn't talking yet, but can answer yes and no. They're gonna move her to a room tomorrow.
Elsewhere, I had to be the one to break the news to my mother that her sister likely won't last the weekend. She's about 65, I guess, and has been fighting brain cancer for 12 years. Their other sister also died from brain cancer. Fuck Fuck Fuck. I see a drive to Virginia in my near future.
Of course my mom is without any kind of insurance, so I'll probably have to pay for her to have her head examined.
