Well, apparently my sister is going to be ok. She took a bunch of pills and has been unconscious all day, and she's on a respirator, but apparently heart, lungs, pupils, etc. are all normal, and doctors expect no permanent effect. whew.
She has MS. As if that isn't enough to deal with, she has a shitty drunk cokehead for a husband. Fucker was handed a job in (from what I understand; this is all 2nd hand) the 40-50k salary range. He failed the drug test. They gave him a weekend and were gonna run another test. The night before the 2nd test, he's doing fuckin' coke. So, he's out of a job again. He does jack shit to help around the house. My mom goes over to clean the house for my sister. But she loves him apparently. So I won't spend my 401(k) on a contract hit.
Finally, she just went on some drug specifically to treat the MS; a drug *known* to cause depression as a side effect. You'd think they'd get somebody on antidepressants before givin' them that shit.
Well, she'll be spending some time talking with some very nice folks. It's apparently the law here in GA.
