The Children|Future Leaders of the World
by alaska303 | on August 4, 2013

We all have heard the children are the future.

But when was the last time you really thought about it? When the last time you looked at the world and thought about what we are leaving for the children?

Are we are all doing everything we can do to make it a better world? To make it a more substantial future, and are we inspiring and supporting the dreams of our youth?

Remember what it was like to be young? The world at the tip of your fingers, endless opportunities and adventures.

Im writing this because recently I had the pleasure of meeting some pretty amazing kids in Gothenburg Sweden, they where actually from the UK, in Sweden for the Gothenburg cup.

Its a world famous Football tournament, or Soccer in the States, and attracts people from all over the world to Gothenburg to compete in and watch Football.

It really is amazing.

I met the Everton youth Football team, they where awesome. I was actually filming a video to inspire travel talking about my experience in the Amazon. And they happened to be listening.

After I was done they clapped and cheered, it was pretty damn funny. Then the questions began to roll in about what I do, where Ive been and so on.

I spoke to them for about 15 minutes to inspire them and believe in themselves. They where awesome, and it made me realize something.

You always have to be strong and inspire, you never know whos listening or watching.

It also made me think of that song, you know the one the Children are the Future. I never appreciated it, I guess its because I was a child. Then I thought about how important it is to leave a positive impact on the world.

There are so many selfish things people do now a days that are hurting the future of our planet.

Im not a pessimist, I dont believe a decaying and dying world. I believe in an expanding world, that is growing and advancing towards completeness.

But at the same time.

I am not an unrealistic positive thinker. Positive thinking is along the lines of standing in front of a garden full of weeds and saying.

There is no weeds, there is no weeds, there is no weeds.

I think like this.

There are weeds buddy, and weve gotta pull them out and plant something better so they dont take over.

We have to kill the monster when its small, not wait till its eating the city.

I think you get the idea, Im positive, but Im a realist. I believe in a better world, and hope for humanity, but I believe that it wont come without work, dedication, determination, and perseverance.

And if we strive to do better, think better, and act better, we will become better. Our children and youth deserve better.
We must become great for the sake of our youth, and do great things, by doing this we will inspire them to do the same. Apathy starts at a young age, and we need to be good role models for our youth.

Just as quickly as this football team I met was inspired for good by hearing me speak of a better world, travel, and equality for all, the opposite could have happened had I been talking about ill effects there may be. All it takes is a single thought to spark inside the mind of a child to change his or her entire life.

This is why I say again.

Always be strong, you never know who is listening or watching.

The Youth of the world, are the most important thing there is. Dont you agree?

And we can give them a better world, we can provide a better more harmonious way of life. As long as we all strive for alignment with one another and the universe, it can be done.

I learned my way of thinking through personal development, meditation, and spiritual growth. But also from 10 years of travel, addiction, and failure.

I made a decision one day that the addiction wasnt for me, that the failure was just a part of life. And that it was time to rise above the chaos, it was time to start achieving greatness, and begin doing things in a great way.

Even if they where small. I aspired to do bigger, greater things in my life, they will come in time.
And I will leave a positive impact on this world for generations to come.

We are in the business of personal development, and forming leaders. The ideals that we hold are ever advancing, it is a true to heart movement of people who believe in a better world for all humanity.

We are fighting for that better way of life, we stop at nothing in the pursuit of our vision.

And while we all have our own visions, we all have the common goal of a world full of harmony and abundance.

If you feel the same about any of this, are looking to become a part of something bigger than yourself, and give purpose to your life. All while making the world a better place for our youth.

Then come read more about what I do here at my blog.

I believe in you I believe in me, and I believe a better way of life for all. And if I can find this belief you can find this belief.

Lets do everything we can to make this world more beautiful for our youth and children.

And lets do it together starting now.

There is no better feeling inside than knowing that you did good today, and will do better tomorrow.
