It is the most horrendous, despicable act that a man can do to a woman. It robs them of their security, dignity, and body and is nothing short of pure evil. How I see it, any man that commits such an act, in cold blood, has forfeited their right to live amongst those of us who DO have a soul.
Now, for a woman to threaten to accuse a man of rape as a way of getting what they want is simply inexcusable. You are spitting in the face of every woman who has ever had to endure the torture of having a man force himself upon them and inside of them. You are insulting yourself, the legal system, and the tens of thousands of women who actually have been raped in the past year.
Both parties - Do yourself and everyone else a favor and die.
