Think I am going to go lay down I am feeling like shit atm I am pretty mellow but I haven't taken my medication yet I think thats what stopped me having a repeat of last time. I'll have to sleep it off and have my medication later. I don't mean to to be aggressive to people who smoke weed just think of others, most people don't I can't do drugs as it ruins the fine chemical balance the mental health team have worked to perfect as best they can.
