I have been rather busy of late and not had much chance to cook proper food so tonight I am going to cook Garfield's favorite: lasagne. Lasagne is also my favorite dish and me and Garfield have had a lot in common he was my favorite cartoon when I was growing up I am said the Americans got hold of the rights to him as the only thing right about the movie was getting Bill Murray as the voice of him it misses the point of the cartoon.
So I am going to cook lasagne in a minute a proper meat lasagne I also invented a vegetable lasagne recipe that uses stir fry vegetables but I do like my meat :)
I am an experimental cook and like to try new things so I think I'll tweak the recipe slightly to see if can make something new and different should be tasty looking forward to my lasagne if its a good success I'll post a picture or 2 later. I got to go cook it now I am starving :)
