Holy crap I am crazy. This crossfit workout is going to ether get me in the best shape I have ever been in or kill me. Day 3, only 2 consistent day. To day was strength and power. We did front squats. The weights you wanted one close to max and the most you could do for reps of 10, 20, and 30. It looked like this

1-10-1-20-1-30

I failed to lift like four times and had to make multiple breaks just to finish it. Shit. But that is life I guess.

We had a huge rainfall last night here. Holy crap if you went outside for a second then you were drenched. It was hilarious in my opinion. Of course I work in my office all night, so the maintainers hate me lol. I am hoping that it rains the rest of the day as well. It has felt like 28-30 degrees here since we got here. It really sucks!!!! So a nice cooler day is in order. Make it so weather. Make is so!!!

And to all my geeky friends out there....how was the new HP movie? Did it live up to the book? I still have yet to see the DH. I am going to wait and watch both one after the other right away. Then I can put this movie series behind me lol. The books have been excellent. But the movie has left something to be desired since 3. But that is just my opinion.
