my parents came to Columbus. it took them almost 7 hours to get home (usually a 3 hour drive) b/c interstates were closed from flooding. and this is OHIO. with Ivan coming to FL... i hope you're mom is safely in a bomb shelter. and that shes safe.

My firend's mom, who just had brain surgury on a tumor, lives right in the path of the new hurricane. It sucks to hear that she is trying to fight her bad health and at the same time fight this shitty storm. Lots of rain coming our way soon!

Ok. Out of the loop for the minute but here's an update:

Do whatever moves you. Instrumental music can be awesome. It sounds like you've got the right attitude about it anyway. IF the rest of your band doesn't feel you, do it by yourself. With technology today you certainly don't need a band to make good music.

Just got back from Niagara, CA and I have some observations:
