As I was driving into work today, I took notice of all the yard flags lined up like shot, half-pint soldiers waving at me. All the red, white, blue (was that one yellow?) had the same message..."change". Change this land, change this neighborhood, change this fucking hopelessness I feel every time I read the news. Change all the minds of all the scared little housewives in the middle of nowhere, struggling to figure out a way to pay for their kids education. Change the way of the gun-toting-all-Christian-right-wing-wacko because the land he grew up hunting in is quickly disappearing. Change the habits of these SUV driving, Disney-bound McFamilies with their $200/month gasoline budget. Change the minds of our military kids caught up in LITERALLY fighting for their education.

Man...I cant even concentrate....I'm so blinded by hate right now.

I know that I may not be graceful.
I may not be a lot of things.
But I do know one teeny, tiny fact for certain:

We....are.....fucked.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now the only question remaining is:
Toronto or Montreal?

I'll have more update action later when I've lost this feeling of nausea. So upset...I forgot my camera at home.
siv:
Toronto's got great vintage stores. Montreal, I can get a job as a French/English translator. I'm on board for either.

Montreal is cheaper to live in. Toronto is one of the most expensive cities to live in. I've been to both and both are pretty cool. I think Montreal is way cooler but for the most part you have to be bilengual to get a job. But if you like big cities Toronto is probably more for you. Another city I would consider if I were you is Halifax. Such a pretty awesome city.
