I just got back from having dinner with my dad. Ever since he broke my nose, we haven't had too many chances to really bond or get to know one another, so it was nice to go out, have a beer with him and talk man to man. Of course, a normal conversation with my dad usually revolves around taxes, him being an accountant and Jewish and all, but it was still fun. We discussed his first two wives for a bit, and it's nice to know that I'm not only guy in my family who has made some mistakes concerning women in my youth.
