I woke up a few minutes ago and my meds have worn off, which I have lost the ability to open my mouth. I feel the most intense, soul crunching, mind-splitting pain. But at least I get to drink more milkshakes. Sweet.
Like I said earlier, I went and saw Phoenix Down last night. I've gotta say, I was disappointed by the turnout. I had hoped that more of you slackasses would take a chance on an unknown band, but NO! You all disapooint me very much.
Somehwere along the line, Phoenix Down became a very good band. I don't know exactly when this happened (and truth be told, it could just be a product of the meds I was on at the time), but they sounded tighter and more professional, and they seemed like they had a good deal more energy than the last time I saw them. I was genuinely impressed. I was also genuinely sad that I had to abstain from drinking, but I got a good deal of sympathy from a number of pretty women, so I guess it all balanced out.

perhaps more people wouldve shown if you had been a wee bit more diplomatic in your description of the show...pearl jam lite doesnt inspire much get up and go, at least not in me....slip some brandy in that milkshake and the pain will fade awayyyyyyyy
