To everyone that posted about my financial situation: thanks for you advice. I went down to my bank yesterday, filled out a complaint, and faxed in a letter specifying the situation. The rep told me to expect the missing money back in my account ASAP.

That totally sucks. Last month I had someone break into my locker at the gym. They took my pants which had my key, $60.00 in cash and wallet--including my drivers license and charged 800.00 bucks on my credit card.
