Do you already have a trip planned for Japan? A friend of mine is going to be there for the next 3 years for work so I'm hoping to visit her sometime.
But, if I could pick up and go anywhere right now, if I didn't have to worry about money, I'd mos def go to Egypt. Or back to Morocco or Turkey. Those are my two favorite places I've traveled.
