Very close indeed. I've heard that they kept the setting in 1985. I'll be really pissed if they downplay the Cold War theme and sanitize Rorschach. Like most great comics, it would fair better as a miniseries of about 10 episodes or so.

Yes, I was really bummed out about Flux leaving. I never spoke with her, but she sure as hell brought a great deal to this site. You just don't find girls as smart, funny, witty, and gorgeous as she was everyday. Sad day indeed.
Her "Dune" set is my favorite. Something about armed women in post-apocalyptic settings. HOT!
