Last week I noticed a $224 charge to Comcast on my check card. I don't have Comcast. At all. I called my bank the same day and had the following conversation:

Me: I have a fraudulent charge on my card to Comcast. I don't have any Comcast service.

Woman: Ok sir, we'll look into this. We'll send you out a form to fill out and send back to us. The charge should be returned to your account withing 36-48 hours after we receive the form from you.

Me: Should I be getting a new card?

Woman: Oh, no. Not yet. This may just be a matter of an honest mistake.

Yesterday, I noticed a $58 charge to T-Mobile on my check card. I don't have T-Mobile. At all. I called a different department (since my bank was closed) and had the following conversation:

Me: Do you have any record of complaint I made last week about a fraudulent charge?

Other Woman: No we don't have any record of a call.

Me: Ok, well I had a $224 charge to Comcast, and I don't have any service with Comcast. And today I noticed a $58 charge to T-Mobile and I don't have any service with T-Mobile either.

Other Woman: It sounds like someone is using your card.

Me: I figured as much. But my bank told me I shouldn't get a new card yet.

Other Woman: No, they should've canceled this card right away. I'm canceling it now. You'll receive the affidavit to fill out and return to us regarding the fraud in 7-10 business days. Also, your new card should arrive in 7-10 business days.

So now I have no credit, debit or ATM card for the next 7-10 days. No cash at all until I can make it to the bank on Monday afternoon. Over $280 unaccounted for in my account. And my next trip to see my girlfriend (Nov. 9th) is in jeopardy because I may not have my credit card in time to book my travel. And because of our schedules, I may not be able to physically see her again till December.

When this investigation is completed and we find the brain surgeon who decided to pay their bills with a stolen credit card, my sole goal is to sue this fuck into the poor house. I want my money back from my bank and I want damages from this fuck. And then I want them to be in debt for the foreseeable future paying legal fees (I pay into my job's legal services plan so I should be covered on my end). Fuck them. Fuck their family. Fuck their future.

Yes, I'm a vindictive son-of-a-bitch, and I miss my girlfriend.

That totally sucks. Last month I had someone break into my locker at the gym. They took my pants which had my key, $60.00 in cash and wallet--including my drivers license and charged 800.00 bucks on my credit card.

It seems like who ever charged your account should be traceable from the accounts they paid, no? DId you file a police report?
