A long time ago I had a job where I worked 12 hours a day and I had no life. I finally just quit and got a job with less pay and less stress. I became much happier. My friend makes tons of money, and he's become the most miserable person I know. He's lost his life for $$$. He's a slave. If you can, get a more tolerable job even if it doesn't pay as well.
p.s. A Rose water martini sounds good... that should be part of your next set them. =)

I char gill quite a bit. When I lived on the west coast, in Oregon, Washington, and California, we called it barbecuing.
When we lived on the east coast, in Maryland, we called it barbecuing.
When we moved to Texas, we found out it was not barbecuing at all. Barbecuing means you cook it over wood, not charcoal, It is cooked over indirect heat, not directly over the fire. And it takes all day, instead of just a few minutes. Also, it has a lot of sauce on it. By the time you are finished, you ar so tired you just want to go to sleep rather than eat!
Cooking a steak over a charcoal fire, with just a little bit of hickory wood, is better, Why barbecue a steak? Why make it so smoky you cannot taste it? Why pour sauce on it?
I learned in college how South Africans loved to char grill! Since I could never get and char grilled food at college, I always looked forward to those get togethers!
