Man, you're still doing really well. I'm thinking that snowboarding is helping too.

Well I'm kinda proud of myself, I'm at 5lbs lost, BUT I didn't regain it back at the babyshower. I figure if I can make it through a weekend of junk food I would be fine. It seems that there tend to be less fast food places up north though so it wasn't too hard to avoid McD's.

I'm not going to lie, a not a huge fan of snow, but by the time I'd be able to go visit it'd all be melted anyhow. I have so much going on this and the next two months it's just silly to try to leave town. But I'm going to take you up on that invite one day.

ja, det knns helt galet, jag har fortfarande inte frsttt att jag har en liten mnniska inne i mig. det r roligt, som att hon/han finns drinne lite i hemlighet liksom. haha.
det var jtteroligt att vara hos barnmorskan och hra bebisens hjrtslag och sparkar (en livlig en r det tydligen). men som sagt, det r fortfarande fr stort fr att jag ska kunna greppa det. ^_^

yup, I can relate to that. Although I don't snowboard, I used to cross country ski, and the feeling of isolation was interesting...just me and the ski trail.

Oooh, you're doing good. I think I'm supposed to loose 2lbs a week, so I'm behind the curve. What's your goal? Mine is 20lbs, although 15lb would be just fine as it would be my avg weight. But I figured may as well add in another 5lbs for extra motivation.

You have the coolest weekends. It doesn't snow here so no snowboarding for me. But I know you had fun - even with the mouthful of snow. What's the toe edge thing?

I'm going to try to spend this weekend as inside as I possibly can, as it's -35 degrees C right now, but it's supposed to warm up to -22 on the weekend.

Unfortunately, I have commitments so I can't stay cozy and warm inside all weekend with my kitties. I have a lunch today and a potluck supper at a friends place tonight, a photoshoot tomorrow, and a photoshop class on Sunday.

So nothing too exciting for me this weekend.

Just going out to eat with my family. Man, you've been going snowboarding alot lately, I'm kinda jealous. Have fun, but I know you will. Are you off the bunny slopes yet?

There's a big storm that just blew across Western Canada, totally shut down the city of Saskatoon. We only got a little of the snowstorm here. This morning, it's -27 degrees C with blowing snow......yup, winter is here. Come snowboard up here!!

I hope that you find yourself another bar to work in. If you don't like your workplace, it makes it hard to have a positive attitude about going in to work and it affects the rest of your day too. (((((hugs)))))

I almost forgot it was the weekend because I'm always at work. This is my first friday night off in a while. Go figure I'd be at home by 11pm.

Nope, wouldn't be life if you weren't bending over backwards. That sucks babe, sorry to hear. I know the feeling though....recently i found out I'd been paying $10/month for having less than $2k in my chequeing account. How wrong is that? They charge the poor to deposit their money and have access to it but the rich get the best interest rates. What a world we live in.
